15 days to change your mind!

As part of the regulations on distance selling, you have a legal right of withdrawal of 15 days.

LeJolibola has decided to give you 15 days to change your mind. Thus, if a model of bola ordered is not suitable, you will have the possibility of exchanging it or being reimbursed 15 days after your order.

It's easy and fast ! Don't forget, before returning a bola to us for an exchange, you simply have to fill out the return form available in your customer area. The item must be in new condition, in its original packaging and will not have suffered any damage.

With this procedure you will obtain an exchange or a refund in a very short time.

For hygienic reasons, LeJolibola does not accept returns of items showing signs of use or custom-made items and will not agree to any exchanges or refunds, except in the case of manufacturing breakage.

In the event of receipt of a defective item, or unusual breakage of a used item within a reasonable time, LeJolibola undertakes to repair the item and return it to you free of charge. In cases where a repair proves impossible, we will make an exchange for the same article, or against an article of equivalent value in the event that the defective article is not available. The causes of the breakage will be determined by our after-sales service upon receipt of the item; if the breakage appears to have been caused by normal wear and tear or misuse, we reserve the right to return the item to the customer as is. We do not accept returns for products that have been worn for three months or more.
